I have revised and changed the title and cover of my novel Hell is in Me. It is now entitled, BENEATH THIS HALLOWED GROUND and will be available for sale on June 8, 2024 in ebook and paperback. (Hell is in Me is no longer available.)
Although Hell is in Me was a hit with readers, the original edition has not attracted enough readers over the years. I attribute that to the original cover and title, which I believe was scaring away those who love a great mystery that contains no gory elements. The cover may have given potential readers the idea the book was gory and contained a somewhat demonic story line. It was time for me to set the record straight with this new title and cover.
Between the front and back cover, you will find a compelling, gentle, and humorous contemporary character-driven mystery. You will fall in love with the characters and root for them as every stone they overturn leads to additional clues to a century-old tragedy.
As in real life, things are not always what they seem, and people's actions are often the result of their inner and outer turmoil.
